Privacy Policy

Effective September 28, 2026 · Last updated September 28, 2026

This policy explains what information Social Anger Labs, LLC (“Social Anger Labs,” “we,” “us”) collects through parsha.io and the Parsha waiting list, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

On this page Scope What we collect How we use it Calls, texts & email Who we share it with Third-party services Cookies & browser storage How long we keep it Your choices & rights Security Children Changes Contact us

1. Scope

This policy covers the parsha.io website, including the home, pricing, merch and waiting-list pages. Parsha’s paid services (accounts, checkout, the Host Hub and in-room guest features) are not open yet. Before they open, we will update this policy, or publish a separate notice, to cover them.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

When you join the waiting list, we collect:

  • Your name, email address and phone number.
  • Your contact-consent choice. This records whether you ticked the box agreeing to be contacted by email, phone or text, together with the exact wording you agreed to.
  • Details about the sign-up. This covers the date and time, the page you signed up from, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. We keep them as a record of your consent and to prevent abuse.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested, the referring page and the time.
  • Abuse prevention. To limit repeated sign-ups, the waiting-list form briefly keeps a one-way hash of your IP address. It is discarded after 10 minutes.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on parsha.io.

3. How we use it

  • To add you to the waiting list, open plans and pricing to you, and invite you when Parsha is available.
  • To send updates about Parsha, including early-access and founding offers. If you gave consent, these may come by phone or text, including automated messages.
  • To answer your questions and requests.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
  • To comply with the law and keep records of your consent.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

4. Calls, texts & email

We will call or text you only if you ticked the consent box on the waiting-list form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
  • For help, reply HELP or email info@socialangerlabs.com.
  • To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in the email or write to us.
  • To stop calls, tell us during the call or write to us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only in these cases:

  • Service providers that run the site and the waiting list for us, under their own privacy and security terms. They are our web host (HostGator), which stores form entries and delivers notification email, and Clerk, which runs our sign-in and waiting-list service and receives your email address.
  • Legal reasons, such as responding to lawful requests, enforcing our terms, or protecting the rights and safety of people and of Social Anger Labs.
  • Business transfers, if Social Anger Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Your information would remain covered by this policy.

6. Third-party services

  • Google Fonts. The site’s typefaces load from Google’s font servers, which receive your IP address and browser details.
  • YouTube. The video preview image loads from YouTube’s image servers. The YouTube player itself loads only when you press play; after that, YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect data under Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Clerk. The waiting-list and sign-in pages load Clerk’s script from clerk.parsha.io, which may use cookies to run sign-in securely. See Clerk’s Privacy Policy.
  • Amazon. Parsha merch is sold on Amazon. Product details and prices on our merch page come from Amazon, and our server requests them without sending any information about you. When you choose a product, you leave parsha.io and your purchase is handled by Amazon under the Amazon Privacy Notice; we do not receive your payment or shipping details. Our merch links may carry an Amazon Associates tag. If so, Amazon uses cookies to credit the referral, and we receive only order reports that do not identify you.

7. Cookies & browser storage

parsha.io sets no cookies of its own. When you join the waiting list, we store one small value, parsha.pricingAccess, in your browser’s local storage. It holds only the time you joined, and it tells your browser to show you the pricing page. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser’s site data removes it. The third-party services above may set their own cookies as described.

8. How long we keep it

We keep waiting-list details until Parsha launches and for as long as they are useful for telling you about it, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. We keep a record of your contact consent, and of any opt-out, for as long as we need it to show that we honored your choice. Server logs are kept according to our host’s standard schedule.

9. Your choices & rights

You can ask us to:

  • show you the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct it;
  • delete it, including removing you from the waiting list;
  • stop contacting you by any or all channels.

Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states, the UK and the EU, you may have more rights under local law, such as data portability or the right to appeal a decision about your request. Email info@socialangerlabs.com. We will answer within the time the law requires, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. We may need to confirm your identity first, usually by writing back to the email address you signed up with.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Waiting-list entries are stored outside the public website, and access is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

11. Children

parsha.io is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Parsha grows. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, give notice on this page before they take effect.
